Suggested Supports - Good Sustained curates a list of suggested changes based on employee feedback and meets with the organization to create an initial strategy
Implementation - Good Sustained facilitates or supports the implementation of the strategy
Evaluation & Review - Good Sustained garner feedback from the organization’s staff to determine if efforts were made and if they were successful.

1:1 Coaching
Wanting to improve your health, but not sure where to start? Have a particular health goal you haven’t been able to reach? The custom-tailored support, accountability and resources available through individual coaching empowers clients to create lasting change for themselves and their families.
The Program
In this client-centered, client-led program, we meet twice a month for six months, setting our course based off of your unique goals and challenges. We work to create lasting change by starting small and going steady. Hit a road bump? Get knocked off course? That’s part of the process! The six month timeframe allows you to receive support through the entire change process, so that you learn how to pick back up and keep going, gaining the skills and confidence you need to maintain your new, healthier lifestyle through all of life’s ups and downs.
